I like doing the work. I like making the work better. I like making teams and agencies and brands better than they think they can be. And leaving them all better than they were when I got there.

Advertising is far from easy, and it seems to get more complicated every day, but it’s not as hard as we sometimes make it for ourselves either.

There’s still plenty of fun to be had in this business. And plenty of business that can be done while having fun.
